Are trucks taking their toll? New report by CE Delft
To inform its position on the upcoming Eurovignette in the European Parliament and Council, T&E asked CE Delft to assess the contribution of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) in the EU-27 to emissions of CO2 and air pollutants, noise, traffic accidents and congestion.
